Where SquadBear is the stronger choice
No rollout theatre. Personio wants a demo, a quote and a project. You can create a SquadBear workspace, enroll Vacation, and have Tomasz approving leave before lunch.
The assistant does the queue. "Who's out next week?" "Log 6 hours on Platform v2." "Request Friday off." MCP, your permissions, the same audit log. You are not clicking through an enterprise information architecture to find a balance.
Time tracking for the people who write the code. Hours on a Jira issue, not a generic attendance clock. Leave already subtracted. CapEx / OpEx if you claim R&D. Personio's time is built around attendance and overtime. Different job.
